3.1 NETWORK

A business is a networked apart of the main.  Networked from perspective of business is the result of past relations of strategy and resources for future strategies. The relationship of the right obligation is the result of supply which originally led to the company networked, experience and investment it can be made of the relationship.  This means that, apart from additional analysis on relations companies and understand what the networked, this also involved all additional resources through socially constructed. This can be analyze through the conventional view based on power may have on the company.

Network have entrepreneurial formal networked are associations of business is functions within them, like of managers groups.  Type of business are one form of formal networking.  A new business owner can gain certainty by joining such groups even before his or her venture gained enough traction to become a factor on the competitive.   Of course, one can interact with those with who someone must compete. Nonetheless, associations of this type are useful source of information about regulatory matter that impact a business, effective methods of communication or administration and frequently association also competitive information and share the results.   Formal networks are often an effective means of reaching out to the public.  

  3.1.1 TAN SRI LEE THIAM WAH

Tan Sri Lee Thiam Wah is example entrepreneur of networked successful. Tan Sri Lee Thiam Wah is the owner of Speed Mart99. He has over 236 branches throughout Malaysia 99 Speed Mart (2014).   He was in wheelchair since childhood. He was the 4 in a family that had a 11 brothers and sisters. His father was a construction worker and his mother was a hawker.  Lee Thiam Wah can only afford to complete 6 years of primary school.

However, that did not stop Lee from gaining more knowledge. He constantly borrowed books from his friends and neighbor  to read and at same time he was selling snacks in a roadside stall. He saved Rm 17000 from selling snacks by the roadside stall and he used the savings to open up a grocery shop when he was 23 years.   In 1992, Lee sold the grocery business for about RM300,00 and with that money he opened up his first mini- mart.  In 1999, he changed the name of the store to 99 Speed Mart and now Lee Thiam Wah owns 175 of 99 Speed Mart stores around Klang valley that generates about RM500 million annually.   It produces high branded supermarket chains known in the Klang.  Therefore, the 99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd.  Was established to provide franchise convenience stores nationwide. As many as 9 convenience stores 99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd.   Already exist in the Klang Valley.

The 99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd. was established to provide franchise convenience stores nationwide. As many as 9 convenience stores 99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd. Already exist in the Klang Valley.  99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd has many networked in the world. The nine branches 99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd  is large branches, and is able to thrive by growing customer demand come to shop at the supermarket 99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd.  The location in nine branch 99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd is strategic and customer can come easier anytime to get a things. With so many franchise businesses held facilitate Lee Wei Thiam to connect with business partners to manage its business together.  He also uses a quality service provider to get the good stuff to put on the supermarket 99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd.

99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd well received from customers from all over this area Klang valley. 99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd  daily percentage gain in nine franchise grew and developed further.  It can see the networked of 99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd has good quality and good business partners. We can see that business is conducted through 9 are successful supermarket chains. This is due to good relations with other partners in the run with a good business plan and a detailed and carefully prepared as well.  Networked in business is important for developed the large supermarket.  In other that, managers try to uses a social networked for example facebook, face to face at social events, conferences and through industry association of business to promote their product in 99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd.   It can get easier investor to support and invest for our business to supermarket.  With business investors are able to be continued and further developed to gain more profit.

The nine branch for Datuk Lee Thiam Wei was successfully in Klang Valley.  The facilities in the 99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd is good quality and the place is good area.  Which is the focal area for shopping.

This product is sells in 99 Speed Mart Sdn. Bhd supermarket. It can get a more things from suppliers. In monthly suppliers can support our daily necessity for the supermarket.  The daily necessity can changes in new month in supermarket because they keep the quality of necessity are good condition and customers feel satisfied when he buy a many product.  There are many product daily necessity sell example, oil, rice, biscuit, chocolate, sauces, soy sauce, sardines, milk cream, jams, onions, vegetable, margarine and others necessity.  Cost of our products in the supermarket was higher when take from suppliers.   But suppliers of speedmart99 is good suppliers because they can give discount when changes a new products and its punctual if sent the product in supermarket.

They can see the good suppliers in business can influence  get more benefit and can help the supermarket grew up and development.  It also managers and suppliers have a close relationship within a business.  This allows network business is running smoothly. by goods that are sold in supermarkets is also linked to the investors as well. Because there are some investors who believe and dare to take the risk to invest money in this business. If successful they could reap multiple benefits. Relationship between investors and suppliers in business not be separated because both are important in a relationship.

It is clear the goods sold in the supermarket are all of good quality and most customers prefer to buy there because the price is very cheap and very good and reasonable. Daily necessities are sold complete.  Many customers who love shopping here.
