3.7 OUTCOME ORIENTED



This means that they are more interested in the final outcome rather that going through a process. In many ways it is a good thing. That is as long as the desired result is a honorable thing and that the process has integrity. You could say it doesn’t matter how you get there as long as you get there. Not good if it has a detrimental effect on other areas.

3.7.1.  DATO JIMMY CHOO

Dato '  Jimmy Choo Yeang Keat, aged 66, was born on 15 November 1948 in Penang, Malaysia   is a shoe designer based in London , England .   Jimmy Choo is now a citizen of the United Kingdom. He was the founder of the Jimmy Choo Ltd , which is famous for its fashion products, in particular to women's and men's shoes.      

Every business must have initiated its own challenges and obstacles.  Many challenges that had to be overcome by Datuk Jimmy Choo before creating a glorious success in the fashion industry today.   After graduating in London, he went four years because of disappointing sales of his shoes very sad.  But he did not give up and continued to survive until getting coverage in the magazine.  Finally, he got a favorite designer of Princess Diana and continues to receive unexpected from the public. Of the challenges faced by Datuk Jimmy, but thanks to the dedication and efforts in realizing his ambition to continue to lead the brand Jimmy Choo magnificent and well received.   Although the trip is considered very difficult, but he has a very strong spirit and courage to cope.  Therefore, any challenge is considered as an initial step to success.

He was very proud of the achievement by Malaysians.   For example, he was awarded the title 'Datuk' by the Sultan of Pahang on its success in the field of fashion and also awarded the title of 'professor' by the University of the Arts London for his contribution in the field of fashion.  He is also the first Malaysian to be awarded the "Order of the British Empire" OBE (Knighthood) by the Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth II in 2002.

In addition,  he was conferred the bosom of the State Secretariat of the President of the State of Penang which also carries the title Dato'.
 He also won the design competition shoes and other fashion items that gradually the world.   Jimmy Choo is also an icon of the brand companies to attract more people to remain loyal to their products.
