3.5 FAILURE IS AN OPTION

Most entrepreneurs deal with failure in one of two extreme ways that is “fail fast, fail often” and “failure is not an option.”  Instead of trying to avoid making mistakes and failing, they actively seek opportunities where they can face the limits of their skills and knowledge so that they can learn quickly.  The entrepreneurs understand that feeling afraid or unprepared is a sign of being in the space for optimal growth and is all the more reason to move ahead. When unsuccessful people feel unprepared or afraid, they thought that it is time to stop, readdress their plans, question their motives, or spend more time preparing and planning.

Start with difficult life, as losing his biological mother and long last of his biological father, Steve Jobs give many advice to society.   This advice contains many of his life experienced since the lost and every failure that he faced.  Jobs seem to be a strong spirit person because still standing successfully in his life.
Steve Jobs is a good example for an entrepreneur that have gone through major failure. he is known because of his highly innovations, but also because his tragic comeback from an almost irrecoverable failure.  Jobs found success in his 20s when Apple became the best product which have been a well-known among people, unfortunately when he was 30, Apple's board of directors decided to fire him.

Without fearing by the failure, Jobs founded a new company, Next, which was eventually acquired by Apple. Once back to Apple, Jobs proved his skill for greatness by reinventing the company's image and taking the Apple brand to new height.
Even Jobs was diagnosed with cancer, he doesn’t lost hope and willing to try many alternative medicine to make him still survive in life.  On January 14, 2009, in an internal Apple memo, Jobs wrote that in the previous week he had "learned that my health-related issues are more complex than I originally thought."  He announced a six-month leave of absence until the end of June 2009, to allow him to better focus on his health. Tim Cook, who previously acted as CEO in Jobs 2004 absence, became acting CEO of Apple, with Jobs still involved with "major strategic decisions”.

Figure 5 : To get what we want, we have to go through ever fail that we faced.

After graduated from Homestead High school, Jobs enrolled at Reed College in Portland, Oregon.  Reed was an expensive college which Paul and Clara could ill afford.  They were spending much of their life savings on their son's higher education.   Brennan remained involved with Jobs while he was at Reed College.   She also met his Reed friend Daniel Kottke for the first time.   Jobs also became friends with Reed's student body president Robert Fried land.
Brennan did not have plans to attend college, and was supportive of Jobs when he told her he planned to drop out of Reed because he did not want to spend his parents' money on it.  He continued to attend by auditing classes, including a course on calligraphy, but since he was no longer an official student, Brennan stopped visiting him. Jobs later asked her to come and live with him in a house he rented near the Reed campus, but she refused.   He had started seeing other women, and she was interested in someone she met in her art class.  Brennan speculates that the house was Jobs attempt to make their relationship monogamous again.  In a 2005 commencement speech for Stanford University, Jobs states that during this period, he slept on the floor in friends' dorm rooms, returned Coke bottles for food money, and got weekly free meals at the local Hare Krishna temple. In that same speech, Jobs said: "If I had never dropped in on that single calligraphy course in college, the Mac would have never had multiple typefaces or proportionally spaced fonts.
This shown that, even with poor family economic, Jobs willing to do everything he could do to make sure he can learned at the best places like other people.  Jobs take risks in his life and survive with every each he have.
