Visionary is having or showing clear ideas about what
should happen or be done in the future. In long-term perspective, visionary
entrepreneurs known as strategic abilities that can view things. Their success that have vision can be seen
through the demand in a some product or service and they will do anything to
achieve that vision. Crucial to have a crystal clear vision of who you are;
what you want to do; and where you want to go.

Among the characteristics of a visionary entrepreneur is
want to change the world and willingness to take big risks. They also viewed as
someone that fast learners. It is because they ramp quickly and gather
information from a lot of sources to drive their success. They set a big goal people can rally around
and attract great talent due to the strength of their personality and
vision. Visionary entrepreneurs are
influencers can make thriving businesses that empower potential and help to
transform our life.
When businessman do one thing, they must do it really
well. This is because, to reach that goal, the visionary business must not
deviate from its plan. Whether he or she vision is to solve a specific problem
unique to a particular vertical or to dominate their category, a steady course
is the only path to success. Beside,
businessman have a unique perspective on the future of our market because they
are creating it.

solution delivered will enable the benefits described in the Business Case to
be achieved.
3.4.1 HENRY FORD

Henry Ford was born July 30, 1863, on a farm in
Greenfield Township, Michigan. His father’s name is William Ford, while his
mother’s name is Mary Ford. Henry Ford's
siblings were Margaret Ford, Jane Ford, William Ford and Robert Ford. Ford
married Clara Jane Bryant on April 11, 1888. They had one child, Edsel Ford. At
that time, Ford supported himself by farming and running a saw mill.
When Ford was 13 years old, his father gifted him a
pocket watch and he promptly took apart and reassembled. People were impressed,
and requested that he fix their timepieces too. At the age of 16, Ford left home to take an
apprenticeship as a machinist in Detroit. After several years, he would learn
to skillfully operate and service steam engines, and would also study
bookkeeping.

In 1891, Ford was hired as an engineer for the Edison
Illuminating Company. After that, his natural talents earned him a promotion to
chief engineer. Ford also developed his plans for a horseless carriage. In
addition, he constructed his first model, the Ford Quad cycle. At the same
year, he also attended a meeting with Edison executives and found himself
presenting his automobile plans to Thomas Edison. The lighting genius
encouraged Ford to build a second, better model. For information, Ford became
famous for pioneering the assembly line and in the process, becoming the first
man to successfully mass produce automobiles.
Besides that, Henry Ford was an American industrialist,
the founder of the Ford Motor Company, and the sponsor of the development of
the assembly line technique of mass production. His careers start after a few
trials building cars and companies, Henry Ford established the Ford Motor
Company. However, more than for his
profits, Ford became renowned for his revolutionary vision that the manufacture
of an inexpensive automobile made by skilled workers who earn steady wages.

Ford's vision made him famous. Ford's vision had several
distinguishing characteristics that are important for those who wish to develop
their own creative tension. His vision wasn't perfect; but it surpassed
everything else based on price, reliability, availability and use. Ford's
process vision was based on the continuous.
His people vision was based on a capable, trained and motivated
workforce that worked in a coordinated way and was also able to afford the
products that the factory made.
The next distinguishing characteristic of Ford's vision
was that it was multidimensional. He
looked at every aspect of his business to achieve his grand vision: product,
process and people. His product vision was based on interchangeable parts that
fit together every time and a product so cheap to build that everyone could
afford it.

industry. At the turn of the century, there were many small producers of
automobiles all over the Midwest and Northeast. In Pennsylvania, for example,
the town of York had established itself as a major player in the industry.

At the age of 83, Henry Ford died of a cerebral
hemorrhage on 7 April 1947, near his Dearborn estate, Fair Lane. Ford,
considered one of America's leading businessmen, is credited today for helping
to build America's economy during the nation's vulnerable early years. His legacy will live on for decades to come.
